Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Reco Digital LLC processes personal data when organizations and their employees use Salari.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Reco Digital LLC, identification number 400471440, registered in Georgia, operates Salari. For organization-provided employee data, the organization generally determines why the data is used and Reco Digital processes it to provide Salari. Reco Digital acts independently for account security, service administration, billing, legal compliance and protection of the platform.
2. Data we collect
We process account information such as name, work email, encrypted password credentials, organization, role and invitation details; benefit information such as allowances, groups, selections, claims and activity; organization information such as budgets, wallet ledger entries, invoices and administrator actions; communications and support requests; and technical information reasonably required for security and operation, such as timestamps and service logs.
We receive information directly from users, from their organization and from activity performed through Salari. Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless Salari expressly requests it for a supported service.
3. Why we use data
We use personal data to create and secure accounts, validate organization invitations, provide benefit selection and administration, calculate allowances and invoices, maintain financial and audit records, send service notifications, prevent misuse, provide support, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the context, processing is based on performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, compliance with law, legitimate interests such as service security and administration, the organization's lawful instructions, or consent where consent is legally required.
4. Sharing and service providers
Data may be shared with the user's organization and authorized administrators; benefit partners where required to fulfil a selected benefit; hosting, database, communications, security, professional and payment service providers acting under appropriate obligations; and public authorities where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell personal data.
5. International processing
Some technology providers may process data outside Georgia. Where an international transfer occurs, Reco Digital will use a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
6. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide Salari, maintain security and auditability, resolve disputes and meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and the organization's instructions. Data may remain in protected backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
7. Security
We use organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service, including access controls, password hashing, restricted administrative access and auditable financial records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
8. Your rights
Subject to Georgian law, you may request information about processing, access or a copy of your data, correction or updating, deletion or destruction, restriction or blocking, portability where applicable, withdrawal of consent, and review of certain automated decisions. You may also object where the law provides that right and lodge a complaint with the competent Georgian data-protection authority.
Employees should ordinarily contact their organization first for organization-controlled records. You may also contact Reco Digital at hello@salari.ge. We may need to verify identity before completing a request.
9. Children
Salari is a workplace service and is not intended for children. Users must be legally able to use the service in their employment or organizational context.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as Salari, our providers or applicable law changes. Material updates will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel, and the effective date will be updated.
